We are a small dance studio designed to encourage women of all ages to get in shape and stay in shape through dance.

It’s strenuous, but very energizing, so come in ready to play!

Our address is 705A Coronado Ave Long Beach, CA.  We are on the north/west corner of 7th & Coronado, 1 block west of Redondo.  Our intimate studio is on the Coronado side of the building.  There is parking on the street and in front of the building on the street.  Please do not park on the driveway.
