Gypsy Bellydance uses the core belly dance moves and techniques of classic bellydance with the addition of other elements, including emphasis on the use of finger cymbals!

Taking the sensual dances of the islands of Hawaii and Tahiti to the next level, this class promises to shed pounds, whittle waistlines and sculpt thighs. You will learn basic Polynesian steps like the ami, kaholo, hela, varu and farapu.

Learn various pole grips and the correct ways to apply them, perform floor transitions and learn basic spins with their variants.

This single session class is the first class you want to take. It is designed to familiarize you with the concepts of proper body alignment on the pole while participating in a fun and sexy routine based session.
This is a basic, beginner level class. You may take it as many times as you like, but take it at least once if you’re a beginner.
Extend your knowledge of grips and variations for climbing. Covers more floor transitions, as well as inverts to transitions, Shoulder Mounts, Hand Springs, & Booty POPPIN in a HAND STAND!
Recommended for Intermediate and advanced level dancers.
Beginner and Intermediate Pole classes are recommended if you have not taken them first.
