We are a small dance studio designed to encourage women
of all ages to get in shape and stay in shape through dance.

We are introducing a unique and empowering workout that will inspire confidence with every movement of your body.  From Yoga, Pilates, Hula, Burlesque, Salsa and our unique Pole/Striptease classes, there is something for each of us. Moondance Studios is the ultimate in women's fitness to stimulate your sensual side unapologetically.

Our address is 705A Coronado Ave Long Beach CA  90807.  We are on the north/west corner of 7th & Coronado, 1 block west of Redondo.  Our intimate studio is on the Coronado side of the building.  There is parking on the street and in front of the building on the street.  Please do not park on the driveway.
